The term indicates not only the customer who will use the final product, but is extended to all involved more or less directly in the production process, that is, those who work in the system or in the procedures of an organization, being at various stages downstream of process , can be considered &#8221; internal customer &#8221; phase just past.<\/p>\n<p>In the latest versions, ISO 9000:2000 and ISO 9000:2005 which correspond to the <strong>ISO 9001:2000<\/strong> and <strong>ISO 9001:2008<\/strong> , the attention of the standard has finally moved on the effectiveness and continuous improvement of business processes.<\/p>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Gervasoni_ISO9001_v24.pdf\" target='_blank'><div id=\"bs_button_6ad0334d7443f\" class=\"btn btn-default btn-normal   margin5\">Download certification<\/div><\/a>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/li><li id=\"tab-specification-iso-ts-16949\" class=\"tab-pane fade\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The <strong>ISO TS 16949<\/strong> is a quality specification defined by ISO with specific requirements for the automotive sector relative to the more general ISO 9000 for the Automotive sector. ISO TS 16949 is required and supported by manufacturers of cars.<\/p>\n<p>Issued for the first time in 1999,the specification was developed by the International Automotive Task Force ( IATF ) , which includes also the major car manufacturers ( BMW , Daimler , Fiat , Ford , General Motors , PSA , Renault and Volkswagen ).
