The use of advanced statistical techniques allows to monitor any variations in our processes and measuring systems, thus allowing us to minimize them.
The company has a network of SPC stations to acquire directly the electronic data processing of the most significant process parameters.
More than 20% of our processes has a high capability
(Cpk > 3).
The company has a sophisticated control equipment, optical and touch monitoring, which can perform automatic dimensional check of the huge daily production volumes.
